After the standard HR screen, you are interviewed by CFT members, who will consider how your skills and personality align with Koch Industries' philosophy, PBM. Would recommend googling it in advance. The final interview is with the hiring manager.

Interview
Hiring process is smooth with interview rounds being scheduled at a go. Interview panel was very comforting and courteous in the process. Everything was positive throughout. There were 2 technical rounds and 1 HR round and only issue was they took too long to release the offer letter. Another aspect was that throughout the interview, it was mentioned that this is for permanent position, the offer letter mentioned that it was fixed contract role and I felt let down.
