I applied through university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Molex (Auburn Hills, MI) in Mar 2013
Interview
The hiring process was not developed when I first joined. The interview consists of simple resume questions, and no technical background was asked. Managers and directors came in to talk about job expectations and experiences, and managers presented simple questions such as knowledge on statistics, DoE, injection molding and all related questions to connectors. However, no prior background was necessary as they will incorporate knowledge of connectors in their training.

Question 1
Why Molex? What are you looking for? Behavior questions, best accomplishment
Overall it was fine. The interview was mostly behavioral and the interviewer was more on the chill side where they talked like a person rather than just some hr person.
