I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare (Las Vegas, NV) in Feb 2026
Interview
The interviewer was uninterested as soon as she saw that I was the wrong race. She asked 3 questions and kept looking away as if she was not interested and had other things to do.
“The interview process was smooth and professional. Scheduling was easy, and communication was clear throughout. The interviewer asked standard questions about my background and experience, and the overall atmosphere was respectful and straightforward.”
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare (Dayton, OH) in Mar 2025
Interview
Applied on 3/2025 and completed a phone interview 1 week later.
-Hourly employment 830a-530p :(
-18 PTO/SICK, 1 floating holiday, 2 half days day prior to Christmas and new years eve just OK
-Pay listed on LinkedIn job posting $40-50/hr but was told $38-40/hr.. :(
-63c / mile mileage reimbursement
-said I would download an app Chronos and clock in, clock out lunch, clock back in, clock out for end shift.. even though I'm remote. Like I get it but this feel cave man like days..
-training 2 wks interactive with Molina provided computer and live instructor who calls you out for questions. 20-50 new hires same time across the USA. Something abt this felt weird, like not personable and run through the mill..
-could not tell me my territory I'd be driving to or counties, how many patients would be on a typical caseload etc.. said that was too clinical of a question that if I was offered a real interview I could ask the hiring mngr that.. honestly not very interested in this job anymore..
--most all other companies for this position are salary, more flexible scheduling, and I was talked over the entire time. That's not to say the hiring team isn't wonderful, but it wasn't a great phone screen call..actually one of the top worst feelings I got from a company. So I'm now declining their interview.

Question 1
What are you wanting for pay? Even though I listed this on my application only to be told I couldn't get that.. and it was within the range that the Jon posting reported, and not the top range either.
