The interview lasted almost 45 minutes and I think I spoke for three or four minutes total. She mentioned more than once that the people underneath her were hoping that she would win the lottery so they could have her job/salary. I don't know if she knew right away that she didn't want to hire me, or if the position was already filled, but I was hardly given an opportunity to speak.
