I applied in-person. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2017
Interview
Honestly they’ll hire anyone which is wild because a lot of these people have a rudimentary understanding of customer service so it makes the work load heavier for someone who does. But it’s a basic interview they very much use the STAR method when it come to hiring they also will ask you the basics of insurance ppos hmos they’ll ask about previous work experience but it’s an easy interview just smile be personable and use the star method. Also some people don’t get hired because supervisors are very insecure and fear someone will take their jobs once the start moving up

Will interview with either the manager or a supervisor. They will ask if you have any health care experience and if you are good at using a computer. As long as you say yes to both and say that you are willing to help members and change life then they will hire you.
