      Interview

Short call with HR for overview of work history. Zoom with hiring managers for 30 minutes discussing work history, ability to manage deadlines and asked for example of what to do if I felt I couldn't meet a deadline. Job was offered but salary was $20k lower than compensation requirement established with HR at initial call so I had to decline.

      Interview

I applied at this company back in February and barely heard back from them June 9th to set up an interview. My first interview was with a recruiter, who was very nice. She set me up with a second interview the following day. It’s been a week and a half and no response. I followed up last Wednesday and was told that the hiring panel had not made a final decision. im not sure what is taking so long to decide for a data entry position. I would appreciate a response either way but it is obvious this company really drags their feet when it comes to hiring. I knew not to set high expectations because I came here first to read reviews on the company. It’s just too bad because I hate feeling like my time has been wasted and Im really curious as to why they took so long to call in the first place.

      Credentialing Specialist Interview

      Anonymous interview candidate
      Dallas, TX
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2022

      Interview

So I had an initial phone interview with the recruiter which is standard typically its most companies. She set me up with a Microsoft teams interview with the hiring manager and that went well and then we moved on to the next interview which was with what they said was the vice president. After doing some research I realized he wasn't really the vice president hindsight. I've had some trouble logging into Microsoft teams for the first interview in that had to be rescheduled which I couldn't control. I asked if there was an alternative way for me to enter the meeting and they said no and it would be fine to reschedule so we did to the next day. When I got on to Microsoft teams, you could tell that the gentleman on the phone was not paying attention most of the interview. I had advised that I made a clerical error on the year on my previous employment and I corrected it as I would hope anybody would. And I have a lot of contract positions that I have taken over the last 3 years and those are promptly placed on my resume because that's what I was advised to do I resume specialist and the interviewer I guess didn't know what that meant because he annoyingly asked why do you have all these jobs. Then he had asked me a question at the end of my interview and I answered and pompously, he didn't respond to my answer, he made it quite obvious that he had found other typos on my resume and the way he went about it was very callous and condescending and the errors that he pointed out didn't actually exist on my end so I'm assuming the format for however he was looking at the resume was just different. The interview overall was very unprofessional and as someone who has 18 years of experience in customer service my time is very important and I felt like he didn't want to be in the interview. The guy only asked three questions in total. In my professional opinion there should have only been two interviews not four. There were times in the interview were I had to ask him to speak up because I had full volume and I couldn't hear him bc you could tell he wasn't focused. For someone who was telling me throughout the interview that he was having to do extra work because of needing to fill this position, he didn't seem to concern about making first impressions. I don't need this job. I wanted the position with a great company that had great reviews.
