Momentum Financial Services Group interview questions

Interview was broken down by at least 4 phases: HR, Hiring Manager, Executive, C-level, over a 2-3 month period held virtually. Interview format varies depending on the interviewer but generally conversational with a number of questions regarding industry knowledge and situational responses.

I applied online and recruiter reached out. Intial interview with hiring manager, followed by 2 more rounds with stakeholders. Interview was primarily behavioral. Total 3 rounds of 45 minutes each.
