Monarch Movements interview questions

Very Thorough. Had a face to face interview on a weekday evening. Full assessment day on the Saturday shadowing a current employee. Another interview that evening. Was prepped on questions throughout the day.

Fairly simple. I got contacted briefly after my application to confirm my details and full time availability. I met the manager during my first interview with company, we spent more time talking about topics of interest than my skills. He then spoke about the company goals too. I went back for a second interview, an open day with the team to understand the different levels within the company.
