It was an assessment centre: I arrived on site and met the other candidates. We were informed of the tasks planned for the day. First, there was a group task that consisted of roleplay where each individual had to make a case to ask for funding for their department and come to a collective conclusion where all agreed to fund one. Next, I was given information and asked to give a presentation about that information within a short time frame. Finally, a 1-1 interview was the final task where the interviewer asked about my skills, experiences and how it is relevant to each of their company values, and ended with a technical question
