Interview
The recruitment process began with an initial HR screening call, which lasted about 20 minutes. It focused on validating my professional background, salary expectations, This was followed by a technical interview with the Hiring Manager, which was focused on S&OP ,Demand Planning,etc. We discussed specific metrics such as Forecast Accuracy, Bias, and DOH.

Why would I consider moving?
HR contacted via message (sounds like a spam). First round is a simple phone call with HR. Second round is with managers. some behavioral questions and professional questions; dig into what/how you did in previous role. they also asked me if i would be interested in another role, and promised to share feedback in 2 weeks. But they just ghosted and never got back.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mondelēz International (Clamart) in Dec 2020

Très bien fluide, plus comme une discussion, questions cependant très techniques sur le poste, connaissance de la suite d'Excel, L'entretien s'est déroulé sur place. Les bureaux de Clamart sont très grands et tops!
