My interview was for a promotion within the company that I was already working for. They use the STAR technique, the Situation, the Task, the action, the result. 3 people interviewed me, kinda reminded of a good cop bad cop. I brought with me a brag book, this is very important to a have a copy for each of the interviewers. We went over my book.

Its challenging and nice at the same time. It will open your eyes on different perspective. Questiong are generals but tricky. i tried my best but I think the worl is not realy for me.
Easy as pie. Not difficult at all. Just show up to work, make there number. They will be happy.
