Interview
I applied online through Mondolez's website. Received a call from their internal recruiter about a month later to set up a time to talk. Had a brief conversation at that point. Recruiter reached out about a week later to set up a time to talk to the Dir of HR. Call went well which led to a follow up from the recruiter to determine when I could do a phone screen with the hiring manager. Set up an appointment but on the day of the call, the hiring manager did not call. Reached out to the recruiter who set up another appointment with the hiring manager. Hiring manager again did not call. I let the recruiter know and never heard back from him nor the company.

asked in general about previous jobs and how I perceive my career. asked about team management and my values. how I would counter uncomfortable situations. overall the process was swift, I was communicated well throughout the process and appropriate feedback was provided to me. I liked the way they handle interviewees with calm and respect, no hurry no exaggerated questions. over all its very professional.
