Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mondelēz International (Miami, FL)
Interview
Kind of messy process. Sometimes you hear back quick, sometimes not. It all depends on where you are getting hired. Process changes based on DM or hiring manager. Be a leader! They are looking for potential to move up within the company. Training process is another challenge. Ask for a sample of learning path before you get hired or the offer. That's how you know if you are right for this position.

Interview
The process was fairly simple. There were two phone interviews before I was offered the position. I was referred into the company, but was overqualified for the position. Some of the questions were regarding who I knew vs what I knew and my background.

Typical Behavioral questions: Tell me a strength; Tell me a weakness; Tell me a time you had to overcome adversity; etc.
I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Mondelēz International (Greensboro, NC) in Feb 2015
Interview
The initial interview process, with person in charge of scheduling, was a joke. Everything was haphazard and there was no real structure to the conversation. Most of the things that were discussed I found to be untrue once hired.

Question 1
They inquire a lot about time management since you are essentially your own boss when you are out in the field. You have to be able to manage your time efficiently otherwise you will wind up working 11-12 hour days. Once you get the hang of things, the merchandising, order writing, etc. it's easier to minimize the amount of time you spend in each store.
