Negative experience!! I applied online and didn't hear back for a couple months. Did online tests (simple). Then when I did I had a virtual interview with a lady which felt very uncomfortable and almost patronising. She said I would hear back regardless of the outcome in a weeks time, it's now been almost a month and I haven't heard anything. I wasn't planning on going to the assessment day even regardless due to the negative experience with the interview, but I think a big company like Mondelez should really reach out to graduates to let them know they won't be going through to the next stage, especially if they got through to the third stage, and are told that they will be contacted within a week....
