Worst interview process ever. They scheduled a telephonic round where I answered most of the questions confidently. When I asked for feedback, the interviewer said he didn’t find any area for improvement and would share my responses with HR. However, when I tried to follow up with HR, I was shocked by their unprofessionalism. They didn’t respond to calls or even reply to messages. If this is how the interview process is handled, I can only imagine how bad the company must be from the inside.
