The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MoneyTap (Bengaluru) in Aug 2019
Interview
I had around 1.5 years of experience and I applied for the Software Engineer position. There was a HackerEarth test which was conducted at the office itself. Initially I was asked to leave as the HR told that I didn't clear it. But next day I got a call, for face to face interview and the HR told that I had actually cleared the HackerEarth test. There were two rounds of interview, which I felt were very easy. I was given a positive feedback, and I had a compensation discussion with the HR. Within 2 days I got a call from them about the final compensation that they can offer. Since I had couple of more interviews lined up, I informed them the same and asked for a week time for final confirmation from my side. After a week, I tried approaching them, but did not get any response from the HR either on call, or on mail, event after multiple follow-ups. HR's there have highly unprofessional attitude. At least I should have been informed even if they were not going with my candidature. Its absolutely silly to initially rollout an offer and then stop picking calls. It was total drama, as they rejected me after the online test, then recalled me, selected and then stopped any further communication. Fortunately, I did not decline the other offer in hand, where now I am working as a Software Engineer.

Interview
I was called by recruiter and sent an HackerEarth assignment. Later called me that HR is arranging an interview on weekday and asked me to attend. I agreed. I was interviewed by CTO and other guy. Asked Java OOPs and multi threading questions. I answered. I was asked the same HackerEarth question to explain. HR said that I have to clear another telephonic/skype interview and will scheduled next week. But no reply from her. I tried calling and mailed her, but none were answered. Very unprofessional.
