I received an email from the recruiter for a PM position. She found me on LinkedIn and was interested in chatting. We decided on a day and time that worked for our first call. When the day came we spoke for 5 min when the call dropped. I tried calling back and she said she also tried calling per her email. She said she had another meeting in 20 min and that we can reschedule. I replied and said I was free the rest of the day or we can chat another day that week. No reply from her after that email I sent. I’m not sure what went wrong.

Interview
The interview process was great. The recruiter kept me in the loop the whole process. There were 3 stages, the final stage consisting of 3 separate interviews, one of which was the technical round and the behavioural round.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MongoDB (New York, NY) in Dec 2023
Interview
the interview was smooth and easy. The interviewers were friendly and I felt comfortable talking about my past experiences and being myself. The company is one of my top companies I hope to join and the interview process was a reflective of why. They uploaded a meditation link to the invite which I found very cool
