30 minute discussion with recruiter, standard questions, mostly conversational. Seemed positive, recruiter said the next step to talk with the team was very likely given my qualifications and she saw no issues with my background. Recruiter did not seem overall too enthusiastic and just going through the motions, however.
Received an automated bot message the next week I would not be selected for the next round, which was a bit of a surprise. At least have the decency/courtesy to send a personalized response of a few words to the candidate instead of sending a pre-scripted rejection message. Didn't seem like an overall amazing/unique culture anyways.

I applied online. I interviewed at MongoDB in Jan 2025
Interview
Everything was easy up until the technical assessment. There were so many questions I ended up not finishing in time, but the interviewer was helpful and gave me hints along the way.

Question 1
Technical assessment with multiple SQL questions. 30 minutes to complete, ran out of time
They added me to the interview process but then went back saying I didn't have the experience required for the field. They also forgot about me and didn't give me a rejection update until I prompted them much later.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MongoDB (Dublin, Dublin) in Oct 2023
Interview
Series of rounds. Your flow of thoughts, Communication skills, Conflict handling skills and most importantly your technical skills. Had total of 5 rounds and was confident in every round. They took close to 2 months for interview process. Claiming that they hire only select people.Cleared all 5-6 rounds .But in the end could not even received feedback from HR. I emailed twice to different HR in hiring dept. side but got no response as of today. Please don’t waste time of interviewer for 4-5 weeks.
