Applied for the position in October 2021 and heard back from a recruiter and heard back form a recruiter about 2 weeks later. The initial screening was pretty standard, asking about my skills and current position. After the initial screening, I went through a 3 step interview process. The first step was a half hour interview with the hiring manager asking about my experience. This was followed by 3 half hour interviews with other team members that I would be working closely with. I was asked for a short take home assignment (no longer than an hour), and lastly I spoke with the VP of the department. I spent maybe 5 hours over the course of the month and received and offer.
