First of all, It is started from referral. I had a meeting three times with my manager and then finally I have met with my regional director. In mean times, we have shown our work and how it will be. It was helpful time to understand the company and also my job. So It makes me do soft on boarding now. I recommend this process and satisfied

How do you do that ? Please answer with your work experience . How would you lead the customer meeting and how would you deliver your opinion and receive business idea from the customer? .
