Interview
I recently applied to an Executive Assistant position at MongoDB. The first interview went very well, however the manager who conducted the second interview was very rude. She continually cut me off while I was speaking to ask me if I had any additional questions. Half-way through the 30-minute interview, she thanked me for the interview and signed out of the Zoom call, without fully completing the interview. I was shocked how unprofessional and disrespectfully she was.

Interview
Interview with the recruiter then hiring manager. Recruiter said they wanted to move fast and would get back to me the next day, but didn’t hear back for several days. Interviewed with the hiring manager then never heard back after waiting over a week. I reached out to the recruiter and received no response, again waiting over a week I was ghosted: I feel this shows lack of respect and professionalism to a candidate at such a late stage in the process. It isn’t difficult to be kind and send a canned rejection letter, is it?
Egregiously long interview process with mostly out-of-touch executives. There's very clearly a boys club within the company, in that execs who have been there a long time have conflated egos. Hire more people outside of your company instead of promoting within.
It was amazing and very transparent. I have to go through no. of interview rounds. I have a clarity after reach round of interview.
Team was very supportive and helpful.
