Long process including practical assessment. Included meeting other people on the team rather than just hiring manager and people in US as well as Ireland which was different to a private practice legal interview structure
Lengthy process (something like 9 interviews). Generally pleasant, but the recruiter was not good at managing expectations. Told I was the top candidate during most of the process only for them to backtrack at the end.
