Interview
I really enjoyed the interview process at MongoDB. I applied online and had a phone screen with a recruiter shortly after. I interviewed with two CSMs via Zoom in the following weeks. I was then invited for an onsite interview/presentation with the team lead and director. My recruiter prepped me for the presentation and I was able to chat with the team lead over Zoom to answer any questions. My onsite presentation was great. I was given an office tour (the office has some amazing views), offered refreshments and allowed to set up. The presentation itself started with introductions and an overview of the assignment. I then presented my findings on the data and fielded questions from the CSM team. As a group, we discussed the strengths and weaknesses of my presentation.
