Extremely meticulous, too many rounds and stupid aptitude exams with hundreds of questions for what is literally just an entry-level sales position. They even expect a panel interview and a demo call. They literally told me that they’re expecting BDRs (or ADRs) to run full demos and do the jobs AEs are supposed to do. Literally free labor. LOL. Run for the hills - don’t walk, RUN. They are churning like crazy. This place is a nightmare. Reps don’t last 3 months here. Awful toxic management. They’re not even profitable, look it up. RUN.
