The interview process was pretty standard and consisted of 4 rounds . First round was a standard phone call with the recruiter. Second round was with the hiring manager( not too technical, just around your experience within data analytics ) Third and Fourth rounds were with the Director and VP (more of a fit interview) Overall , I had a good experience interviewing at Firewood and felt that the people who worked there were flexible and easy to work with.
