TheoremOne uses Asynchronous interviews in some of our hiring processes. We do this for a few reasons:
1. We believe in Asynchronous operation
2. We are a fully distributed company with team members from UTC +2 through UTC -7. On a project, we look to align time zones as much as possible, but during the hiring process, we want to ensure that you do not need to bend your schedule to our needs.
3. We believe in inclusion and equality. Not everyone is a good test taker, and some neurodiverse candidates struggle with in-person interviews. Our async interview gives three chances to respond before you choose what you want to submit.
TheoremOne team members watch all submitted videos when evaluating our async interviews to rate a candidate's response alignment with our structured rubrics.
TheoremOne always uses hypothetical situations and assets in our evaluation processes.
