I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Monks (Winnipeg, MB) in Dec 2022
Interview
It was an odd interview as it was done completely asynchronous. I couldn't get any sense of what they wanted or if I was a fit for them. The system was a bit odd as well as it gets you to submit your responses, but the very first one seemed like a test run, but in the end it felt like it was submitted. It was just a little unusual so I wasn't quite ready for it and it felt like it threw me off.
The most irrelevant process where they give you the questions pre recorded and you have to record yours answers. It then took them a morning to generically reject you. Its really a WASTE of tour Time
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Monks in Jul 2023
Interview
The coordinator failed to schedule an interview during the available times I provided. A junior recruiter in Brazil recorded an interview while asking a series of questions from a script with no follow-up questions. Nothing was shared about the client engagement or the skills needed for the role. A generic rejection was sent. No feedback was provided.
