I recently interviewed with TheoremOne for a position and while I initially felt very positive about my chances, I was ultimately disappointed with how things turned out. The hiring managers gave me the impression that my application was strong and that I was a great fit for the role. However, after waiting for a month to hear back, I received a rejection notice and was informed that they would not be continuing with my application. While I understand that not every application can be successful, I was disappointed with the lack of transparency and communication from the hiring managers during the process. Waiting for a month without any updates or feedback made the rejection even more difficult to accept specially when I was rejecting other companies offering me other positions. It would have been more helpful to receive some feedback on why my application earlier that wasn't successful so that I could move on. Overall, my experience with this company was NOT a positive one. I appreciate the opportunity to interview with them, but the lack of communication and transparency in the hiring process left me feeling frustrated, disheartened, and somewhat betrayed.
