Monks Digital Editor/Animator interview questions

Interview process is a waste of time. There are better companies out there with employees that know how to do their job. More importantly are willing to do their job. I was told the next step in the process would be a test project. I was then told without doing a test project, that they have decided to pursue other candidates. Really unprofessional especially when you are interviewing with multiple candidates. After further investigation of this company, I really am blessed to been overlook. I would decline any interviews from them as my advice.
