Interview
It is a three-step interview. However, do not expect difficult questions. The first interview is more of a 'scanning call' and it tests soft skills, academic, and previous experience. The second interview is with the hiring manager. Mostly based on questions to see whether you are a good fit for the company and a good asset for the team. The last interview is generally with the CFO and the hiring manager. The manager explains the role and the CFO assures there is a mutual understanding on the tasks.

I was referred from Robert Half, met with Tashi Henry. She is a mid level manager, she asked basic questions, behavioral questions and what if questions. Then I interviewed with the controller Purvi Momya (satan) and she asked more advanced questions, what software used, etc etc.
