Monsoonfish interview questions

I had a very disappointing interview experience with Monsoonfish. I was contacted through Cutshort by Sidharth Kabra, CEO of Monsoonfish. After I showed interest, HR Shravani Mhetre connected with me, and I had a detailed interview with Sidharth. On 5th June, I was given an assignment with a very short deadline — the same day before 7 PM. I completed it with full focus and dedication and submitted it on time. After submitting the assignment, there was complete silence from their side. No acknowledgement, no feedback, and no update on the next steps. This kind of process raises a serious concern of assignment fraud, where candidates may be asked to complete real work under the name of an interview assignment, without proper transparency, feedback, or response afterward. I am sharing my experience so other candidates can be careful before investing serious time and effort in such interview assignments without clear communication and a proper evaluation process.
