I had my interview process for Montaigne Smart Business Solutions through Edwisor, on April 2019. The first round of the process was technical round which was conducted through telephone by one of the employee from the company, the questions were asked about the position i applied for and the projects which i had done and a lot more from my Resume everything went well and then he told me that the next round for the selection process would be done by the company CEO who would take your interview through the Skype and after 2 days i was invited to attend the Skype interview process, in this round the questions asked were in depth related to the position i applied for and explained about my background what are my interests and how i want to pursue my career in this filed everything went well and the Company CEO told me your selected from my side there will be a formal talk from HR for final round of the selection process where HR will contact you and tell you about the further selection process . Then after 2 or 3 days i got a telephonic call from the HR and he asked me about the general things from my Resume and he told me that i was Hired for the position and after one week i Received my Offer Letter.
