Montoni interview questions

Extremely unpleasant. HR and Director were 30 minutes late. They were both unable to clearly articulate the specific tasks outlined in the job description apart from focusing about wanting a "pro-active" candidate. Felt like a sketchy overpaid position (luckily for the current director).
