What would you do if a customer was stranded in a train station but needed to access cash from their monzo app? How would you help them as a customer service representative?
Was a fun experience. Involved talking about a specialist subject for 10 minutes and keep interviewers engaged. Essentially showing you can explain a complicated subject is simple terms. Loads of scenario based questions. Make sure you know why you want to work for Monzo. They are very sleicific a out using "monzo tone of voice".

Interview process was long and drawn out. Interviewers were frequently late, hiring rep seemed out of the loop. Job listing was inaccurate so when arriving to the first interview I was unprepared because the actual role was completely different.
