You have a quick phone interview with the HR director then are called back for a one-on-one with the hiring manager where she asks you the normal interview questions... Where do you want to be in 5 years, if you could be a cartoon character which one would it be. You do an "inbox test" which is fairly straightforward and simply gauges how you prioritize certain tasks and why. Then they call you back for a cultural interview with 2 other employees and they ask you a handful of other questions... nothing crazy and it's very laid back with a good group of people
