Very informative and straight-forward interview process. No prior telephone interview with HR. Got invited to an in-person interview in the NY office. The in-person interview was very interesting and helpful. I interviewed with 7 people - all senior management.

1 phone screen, 1 interview with the hiring manager, then 2 interviewed me each with 2 members of the team. Questions were general and straightforward with the occasional technical question. I believe my eagerness to learn and communications skills got me the offer.

First round is phone interview with HR. Second round is on-site interview. Met with six members of the team. Total time is about 3 hours. The whole process took about 2 months.
