Very professional and casual. Went out of their way to make me feel welcome. There were several hundred applicant at the hiring event, and the process was well organized and expedient.

Process was a great experience compared to many companies. HR was always quick to respond and incredibly professional. Phone interview then in person with the manager. Mainly went over technical knowledge and ability. Focused a lot on making sure you're a good fit to work in a team environment.
