Interview
Firstly on site interview with the team lead (hr also only observing), second on site hr interview and home assignment. Overall fair proccess, but home assignment was too demanding, and can easily take a week if you have only the evenings + weekend available

Question 1
Describe basic Changlog system design. Db and front high level questions
Home assignment: given basic skeleton of front with simple table (react), server (express) and mongo db: build virtual scrolling support for 20,000 records in db. Load dynamically to dom only whats necessary, handle caching in client only for relecant recent data, support live updates in db to reflect in table (sockets implementation)
Very bad proccess with HR and the interview process.
- HR had stuggled with describing the role, took several calls just to understand the role accurately, and took a very long time to appoint and interview.
- After the interview, took a lot of time to get back to me (almost a month), even though I asked the HR what about the results, she just say she would back to me in the same day. Two weeks have passed just to get no result in a cold mail.
in sum, got the feeling this company does not really care about it's candidates.
