Interview
A short HR phone call discussing company structure, mission etc. and expectations from the role, background and job history and the like
A "technical" phone call interview with a team manager
The first phone interview with HR was a bit intense. She told be about the company and it almost seemed she was on speed. I had a bad feeling about it but We decided to set an interview with the TL. The interview was set to 1730 on the next day. The interview with the TL was terrible, he kept looking at his phone and didn’t pay attention.
I guess he had his mind set up about me but there’s no need to waste my time.
I’m very glad (not sarcastically) to receive an email that they decided to move on with different candidates.
