What a poor candidate experience. I've been contacted by a partner at Up group who pitched me well the role and the reason why my experience would be a fit. this conversation went well and was strategic enough. Then I got an intw qualification call with an associate. questions were low level, often closed questions. I felt she had a list of skills/experience to check. when I asked questions about the company, she wasn't able to answer any of them. Within 30min it was done. then I never heard about her anymore. I get that my profile may not not the relevant one but treating senior exec candidate with respect should be a basic. Not only she is impacting Moonshot brand, but she is also significantly impacting the credibility of her own company. Now, I have an Exec role in a growing company, I know I won't work with them at all because I want any candidates to feel positive about the intw process in my company.
