It began with submitting my CV online along with a P.I. test and a video interview (questions flash on-screen and you reply on video). Not long after I had submitted I was contacted to come into the office for a secondary interview. This interview lasted an entire day and had various stages. It began with a chat with HR to just establish who the company was, how they began and their values. Then a had a skills evaluation. For me personally these were Social Media questions. After this, we had a values discussion and then went for lunch with some team members. When we returned from lunch we had what most would call a traditional interview where we went over my CV and then finally I had a casual chat in the "BAR" area of the office with my would-be teammates. Throughout the day there was much emphasis on not only how I could benefit MoreNiche, but also how they can benefit me. The whole process was very relaxed and I felt at ease straight away.
