Morehead Memorial Hospital interview questions

I was contacted by a temp agency (RedZone) for the job but I had also completed an application on the hospital website for the position. A few days later a phone interview was set up with the CIO. It went well so a face to face interview was set up a week later. The face to face consisted of the CIO and the Clinical Systems Analyst II, & myself. It went well although they were unprepared with no interview questions to ask. The CIO thought of some easy interview questions to ask & apologized if he'd ask the same questions he asked me over the phone. At the end he gave me his business card and informed me to contact him instead of the temp agency if I had any questions for him & I was told that I would be hearing from him or the agency very soon pertaining to the job. I contacted the temp agency by phone/voicemail a week later but was responded to by email informing me that the CIO was still in the process of doing interviews. I contacted the CIO by phone and email but I didn't get a response. A month and a half later I received an email from the hospital HR informing me that I didn't get the job because I wasn't qualified. I believe I only received that email because I applied online to the hospital website but I never did hear back from the temp agency or CIO.
