You are absolutely right it is a competitive environment and we want to be as transparent from the beginning as possible as that is what the role is going to be like if you make it through. As you have pointed out the sales roles are in fact very sales focused as that is the nature of the role and what our clients expect of us when selling or letting their most expensive asset. As you can appreciate, there would be little point putting someone in a role that is sales focused if they are unable to handle the sales aspect it requires.
