I submitted an online application in August and was contacted the same day for a first round recruiter screen call. A few days later, I was notified I would move to the next round and that interview was scheduled for two weeks later. After moving forward from the second round, I was given a written assessment. They moved me forward after reviewing my assessment. Then I had 3 interviews for my final round spread out over 2 different days. The first of the interviews was technical, going over my written assessment in addition to questions related to how one thinks about survey research. The next 2 were very behavioral. Five interviews in total plus a written assessment but the company really cares about the interaction being a two way street! I definitely got to know the company and the work I'd be doing thoroughly during this process.
