From the time of my first interview to getting my job offer was about a week, but I didn’t get my first interview until 2 months after I had applied. I had 5 interviews stating with a recruiter, then working my way up higher until a final interview with the HR Director. The interviews were all about an hour long and definitely fairly challenging. I am very good at interviews but I would be concerned if you are not that they may catch you unable to answer a question. Prepare for a lot of situational questions.
