Shelter has no protocols in place and wanted a manager to create and implement some. Executive director was the interviewer and seemed like a genuine guy. He asked about ideas for protocols and he wrote down the examples I gave and said he loved them. After the interview I was ghosted and never heard back, all of my emails were ignored. A while later I learned that he implemented at least one of the protocols I gave him the idea for during my interview.
