Went to the Career Fair and made small talk with the recruiter. Managed to get an interview the very next day. It was pretty straightforward and asked me three questions about myself. Had to incorporate real experiences to the work that was expected to be performed.

The interview process consists of 2 rounds. The interviewers were very nice, and the questions were very general. Also, the interviewer will get back to you within 2 weeks. The offer package was very extensive for a new hire.

Interview
Had an interview with a project manager. They are all behavior questions, and the interview process felt like having a conversation rather than being interviewed. Received interesting answers from the project manager about his work at Mortenson.
The interview was one on one with a project manager. They explained the role that I was applying for, then I talked through my resume and how it was applicable to the position.
