I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mortgage Cadence
Interview
Got referred. A recruiter contacted me after 2 weeks. The only question he asks me is do I require sponsorship since I'm an international student. Told him do not require sponsorship for 3 years, but the recruiter did not even have the decency to contact me after that.
Never expected to get treated this way after working for 3 years in Accenture before. Don't bother to apply here if you do not hold a green card or if you are not a US citizen.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Mortgage Cadence (Denver, CO) in Jan 2016
Interview
Phone screen, then onsite. Whiteboard coding, some .NET trivia. Overall very casual but challenging. Met with a group of developers and senior manager of the team. All were friendly and highly technical. Offices were nice.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mortgage Cadence (Denver, CO)
Interview
Found the position online at a job site and applied. Was contacted by their company recruiter and had an in-person interview set up.
Interview format was a panel style, with the team manager and a few team members asking questions. Predominantly algorithm/"what's your thought process" questions. I stumbled on some, as they continued to ask deeper as I would answer.
Boss and team members seemed like a really nice group of people to work with. Also talented. Downtown CO location was really convenient, being right across the street from a light-rail stop.
