The interview process at Mosaic was positive and was as follows:
February 6 - applied
February 7 - received interest from Director of People along with organized schedule of whole interview process
February 8 - performed behavior and cognitive assessment
February 22 - had zoom interview with two other instructional designers
March 12 - had final zoom interview with President & COO
March 15 - received offer letter
March 19 - accepter offer
All communication through email with Director of People was clear and timely, and conversations through zoom calls were authentic and enjoyable.
