 Knowledge of Power electronics controllers like optocoupler, ssr, relays, contactors & mcb.  Working in servo system/ drives plcs, scada system, robots, pneumatics and vacuum technology.  Trouble shooting in machine controlled by plc s-7 200/300 siemens plc, profibus & dp coupler.  Troubleshooting of AC/DC drives, servo motor as well as stepper motor.  Trouble shooting of pneumatic and vacuum control systems.  Working in high speed pick and place machinery, metallizing equipment , high speed turbo pumps and vacuum system.  Involve in Activity like 5S, Kizen, QC Tools & TPM.
